Change of Mind
Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened or used simply because you have changed your mind.
For unopened products, please contact us within [INSERT – 7/14/30 days] of receiving your order if you would like to request a return.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
Please contact admin@aloeglow.com.au before returning any product. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping charges are not refundable.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If an item is damaged, faulty or you have received the wrong product, contact us at admin@aloeglow.com.au as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue.
We may ask you to provide photographs so we can assess the problem and arrange an appropriate solution.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we’ll let you know the outcome.
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be returned to your original payment method. Processing times after we issue the refund will depend on your bank or payment provider.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law. Where a product fails to meet those guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy as provided by law.
